  1. 1) Call to order, tabling proxies and announcement regarding quorum.
  2. 2) To confirm, adopt and approve the minutes of the AGM held on 17th April 2025.
  3. 3) To receive an update from the Trustees (AMG Global Trust Limited) on the status of Intermarket Unit Trust Funds.
  4. 4) To receive an update from the Fund Manager (African Life Financial Services (Z) Ltd) on the status of Intermarket Unit Trust Funds.
  5. 5) To receive and adopt the Funds' Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025 together with the reports of the Auditors, Trustees and Custodians.
  6. 6) To consider the appointment of Auditors for the financial year ended 31st December 2026.
  7. 7) To transact any other business that may properly be transacted at the Annual General Meeting.
